CPWM – Community Pharmacy West Midlands
Community Pharmacy West Midlands (CPWM) evolved from regular joint meetings of Black Country LPC officers. They started meeting in 2012 and have since added officers from Birmingham and Solihull LPCs and more recently AHW, Coventry, Warwickshire and Herefordshire & Worcestershire LPCs. Representatives from all these LPCs continue to work collaboratively.
During that time they have worked cost effectively, choosing one delegate to attend meetings, providing a regular platform for NHS-E input, extending invitations to associated colleagues from HEE, NHS Digital, NHS 111 to name but a few.
They are now embarking on the most important piece of collaborative working – supporting all their Contractors through the requirements of the New Contract.
CPWM consists of the following LPCs working collaboratively. Each LPC is autonomous:
